Arneeb supports real estate developers across West Africa. Our teams and logistics are based in Abidjan, from where consolidated containers ship to the region's ports — same offer, same tiers, same commercial terms, wherever your program is.
Delivery ports
Your packages are delivered CIF (cost, insurance, freight) to the port of your choice:
- Abidjan — main base
- Dakar
- Tema
- Lomé
- Cotonou
Customs clearance and local transport to the site remain the client's responsibility, via the freight forwarder of their choice.
Same offer, same tiers, same terms
Whether your program is in Abidjan or elsewhere in the region, you get the same six finish categories and the same three tiers — Essential, Standard and Premium.
- Minimum order: 10 units per program
- Payment: 35% on signing, 65% before loading

Frequently asked questions
How is pricing structured?
Our prices are quoted CIF Abidjan (Cost, Insurance, Freight): they include product cost, insurance and sea freight to the port of Abidjan. Customs clearance and local transport are not included.
Who handles customs clearance?
Customs clearance is handled by your freight forwarder, on the client side. Arneeb provides all the necessary shipping documents, but does not directly manage customs formalities on arrival.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, our packages are designed for residential programs of at least 10 units. Below that threshold, sourcing and shipping costs don't allow for a competitive price per unit.
